Hi, I'm Heather-Ann - Baker, creator, and firm believer that everyone deserves a really great dessert!

I've always loved baking, but everything changed when my family transitioned to a Vegan lifestyle. What once felt easy suddenly became challenging. I could not find any desserts that satisfied that cravings for delicious, sweet treats. For a while we were just following other recipes online and just doing the best we could. My husband even took over the baking for a while since I stayed frustrated with it. My son was then diagnosed with a dairy allergy, and I thought ok time to really put in the work and figure this out.

What started as a necessity in my mind quickly turned into a passion. I spent time researching, testing, and experimenting in the kitchen, determine to create desserts that didn't feel like a substitute. I wanted everything to taste like the real thing, flavorful, comforting, and just as indulgent as the classics we all grew up loving.

I began sharing my creations with friends and family, and before long, the response was overwhelming. My little personal mission was turning to something more with requests coming in for orders and opportunities to share my baking with more and more people.

I decided I would start selling at local farmers markets and see how it would go. I gave out samples and sold out but realized vegans weren't the only ones missing out. I had tons of Gluten-free and sugar free people left with still no options. So, I went back to the kitchen and started working again. I reworked recipes, learned new skills, and tested a lot of new products to create gluten- free and sugar free versions of my desserts that held up both in flavor and texture.

Today, my mission is simple! Create desserts that everyone can enjoy, without feeling like they're missing out. Whether you're vegan, gluten free, sugar free, a combination of any, or just love a really good treat you'll find something here with me. Everything I make is crafted with intention, creativity, and a whole lot of heart.

You can find me at local markets on the weekends and taking custom orders throughout the week.
